MX Club recently
celebrated their sixth anniversary after a troubled history. Due to local
Authority, permits have needed to be sought from the lands, agriculture/fisheries,
fire service, transport, police, electrical/mechanical, and EPD, departments.
The struggle goes on, but the enthusiasm gets stronger, as the weekend
warriors persist in their weekly adrenaline fix.

Both, bike
clubs and individuals muster the courage to try their skills at motocross,
deemed the most physical sport known for man and machine. If you've tried
it then you can be testament to that. A great deal of training and dedication
is required to master the skills and endurance to ride these machines
to their full potential.

MX Club has
an excellent track with a truly Hong Kong backdrop of mountains, situated
near HK's tallest, Tai Mo Shan. Angus, the clubs chairmen, is an absolute
moto nut, rides like a loon and is always out in his digger making new
jumps for the regulars. A beginners track adjacent to the mx track hosts
lessons for beginners on four wheel quads or motocross bikes 50-125cc.
